Who We Are
Lanie Tobias

Her person-centred approach integrates embodiment practices, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Creative Arts Therapy. She offers non-pathologising, anti-oppressive support in a warm, affirming space for all bodies, identities, and neurotypes. Lanie works collaboratively to help people make sense of their experiences and move toward meaningful change.
In the yoga space, Lanie brings her therapeutic experience into her teaching - making classes accessible, grounded in person-centred principles, and focused on meditation and calming the nervous system.
